Remote work performance and IT tools

The organisation of remote work also requires securing the appropriate tools – it is necessary to have a company computer (laptop) in Rectorate’s domain with Windows 10, as well as mobile phone on which the app for generating access tokens will be launched. If there are any doubts concerning the suitability of your computer, please deliver it to the IT Management System Department (Room 15) for verification.

Please also remember about the possibility to use the applications to support remote work and teamwork, offered under MS Office 365. Please read the relevant material on the subject.

In order to activate the account in MS Office 365, please log on USOSWeb on the following website: https://usosweb.us.edu.pl, and then choose „For all” (Dla wszystkich) tab located in the upper part of the website. When you click it, the list of USOSWeb modules will appear. By choosing Office 365, the account activation process will be launched.
